Shipping and Returns
If any problems occur with your shipment (loss/damage) I ask that you contact Filigree Soaps so that I can do my best to rectify the matter. If you need any assistance when making your order please contact me via the contact form and I’ll help as best I can.
You are within your rights to change your mind about your purchase up to 14 days after receipt. Contact Filigree Soaps as soon as possible and you will be asked to return the product(s) unopened and in a resalable condition within the next 14 days for a refund.
Any charges you may incur at customs are payable by you, the customer.
Flat rate shipping is based on orders lower than 1kg. Most orders come in well below this weight but should you have a particularly large order, I may have to contact you regarding any extra shipping fees should they be significant.
From time to time, my prices may have to fluctuate with those of my suppliers without prior notice.
You are responsible for all information that you enter at the time of placing your order; ensure that it is all correct. The billing information that you provide must be your own; the buyer’s.
When you have completed your order and payment, please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Filigree Soaps reserves the right to cancel or decline any order (and process a refund in full) without prior notice.
Changes to orders
For the time being I may still be able to make changes to orders or combine shipping on multiple orders. Please send a message via our contact page as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
